About the Role
We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Bartender to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to hotel guests, preparing drinks to a high standard, and supporting bar operations including evening service and private functions.
This role includes late shifts and function bar shifts, so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to all hotel guests
* Prepare and serve beverages to company standards
* Deliver excellent service in the main bar and during private events/functions
* Follow all cash handling and bar operating procedures
* Maintain accurate stock control and minimise wastage
* Complete opening and closing duties, ensuring the bar area is clean and organised
* Handle guest queries and complaints efficiently, escalating where appropriate
* Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene
* Comply with all Health & Safety regulations
* Keep work areas safe, clean, and well maintained
Requirements
* Previous bartending or hotel hospitality experience preferred
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work confidently during busy service periods and events
* Flexible to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and function shifts
* A team player with strong attention to detail
