Health & Safety Advisor
Salary: £45k - £55k DOE

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a large, dynamic organisation with operations across the UK and globally, where your focus will be on driving UK health and safety excellence.
You'll provide expert H&S advice across multiple sites, influence safety culture, and help ensure every operation runs safely and efficiently.

Salary: £45k - £55k DOE
Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
Hybrid working: 2 days office and rest WFH

Provide H&S and environmental advice across multi-site operations
Develop, implement, and review policies, procedures, and risk controls
Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and investigations
Support fire safety, emergency planning, and contractor compliance
Deliver training and guidance to teams and stakeholdersHealth & Safety Advisor Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience in multi-site H&S and environmental management
NVQ Level 5 in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent
IOSH Certified Member (minimum)
Fire Risk Assessment qualification (BS 8674:2025 / SCQF Level 6)
Strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills
Ability and willingness to travel across UK sites (2/3 times a month)Desirable:
Food hygiene knowledge
Environmental foundation qualification
Nebosh Construction H&S Certificate
Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or leisure sectorsExtra Information:
