What You'll Be Doing
* Running your own section in the kitchen with confidence and consistency.
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standard.
* Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu planning and kitchen organisation.
* Leading and mentoring junior chefs to help them grow.
* Maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
* Contributing your ideas to exciting seasonal menus and special events.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef ready to step up) in a 4-star hotel, resort or fine dining restaurant.
* A strong understanding of modern cooking techniques and food safety.
* Energy, creativity, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
* A team player with leadership potential and attention to detail.
