Graduate Opportunity – Returns & Business Improvement Executive | 1 Year Fixed Term Contract | 37.5 Hours

You will be responsible for leading improvement in our customer returns process. This will involve analysing data, working with colleagues from the shop floor to finance, collaborating with customers and suppliers, and driving projects that deliver better outcomes for our business and the environment.

* A relevant degree (business, operations, supply chain, or related discipline).

Hybrid Working: While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs. In the first 6-8 weeks you’d be required to work at least 4 days a week in the office/3 thereafter.
