Job Responsibilities
Produce detailed mechanical designs and specifications for building services projects.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
Assist in developing cost-effective engineering solutions tailored to client needs.
Attend client meetings to define project briefs and manage expectations effectively.
Prepare comprehensive technical reports, review tenders, and provide strategic recommendations.
Conduct site inspections and produce detailed condition reports to inform design and maintenance strategies.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery and integration.
Utilise design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and IES to develop accurate and efficient models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering from a recognised institution.
Proven experience in mechanical design for building services across multiple projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and IES software for building services design.
Knowledge of electrical design software such as Amtech is advantageous.
