Workshop Supervisor (Late Shift) – Kidderminster Salary: £45,000 per annum OTE: £47,000 per year (with overtime) Hours: 45 hours per week, 12:30pm – 10:00pm Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Overview We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our late shift team in Kidderminster. This is a hands-on supervisory role for a skilled technician who is ready to step up, combining productive repair work with team leadership, quality control, and workshop coordination in an award-winning dealership environment. Key Responsibilities As a Workshop Supervisor, you will perform major and minor repairs on HGVs and trailers while overseeing daily workshop operations. Support and guide technicians, ensuring work is completed to high standards and in line with DVSA requirements. Maintain workshop inventory, cleanliness, and safety, and handle documentation, warranty claims, and customer communications. Work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure efficient workflow and quality output. What You’ll Need Level 3 qualification (NVQ / City & Guilds / IMI) in HGV Repair and Maintenance. Proven experience as a Senior HGV Technician or Supervisor. Strong diagnostic, repair, and leadership skills. Full UK driving licence for relevant vehicle classes. Ability to identify worn/faulty components to DVSA standards.
