Bid Coordinator £35,000 - £45,000 Hull Monday – Friday (Hybrid) Purpose of the Role * Take charge of preparing and managing proposals for projects, making sure they are technically accurate, commercially practical, and meet client needs. * Understand client requirements and help create concept designs by working with the Design Team or making basic layout drawings using Revit. * Lead the entire proposal process from idea to final submission, including estimating costs, working with stakeholders, and writing clear proposal documents. * Handle individual proposals independently and assist the Head of Bids and Bid Managers with bigger, more complex projects.
