Our Customer Service teams are the heart of People’s Partnership, ensuring our customers receive excellent service and technical support.
You will deliver an excellent customer experience by providing tailored responses by understanding our customer’s needs, throughout the life of their relationship with us. You’ll support your team and work with colleagues across Customer Service Delivery to ensure we meet our customers’ needs whilst adhering to compliance and service standards.
You will also effectively contribute to the achievement of the department’s overall objectives and apply the Financial Conduct Authority, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty requirements within your role.
