The Opportunity
A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join its dynamic and highly regarded Employment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a collaborative group that advises major commercial clients, including household names and FTSE 100 companies.
Role Highlights
You will handle a broad range of employment law matters, including:
* Day-to-day advisory work
* Corporate and commercial transactions, business transfers, and outsourcing
* Employment tribunal and civil court litigation
* Collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, TUPE, and industrial relations
* Regulatory investigations and strategic compliance projects
* Cross-jurisdictional work with an international dimension
About You
* Qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in employment law
* Experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters
* Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
* Proactive, well-organised, and enthusiastic about contributing to a growing team
