We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a luxury hotel in Ripon.
Overview
Assistant Restaurant Manager responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager with operating the fine dining restaurant, ensuring the highest level of service, greeting customers, organising table reservations, rotas and staffing, and leading a team of junior staff.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Restaurant Manager with operating the fine dining restaurant to deliver the highest level of service
* Meet and greet customers; manage table reservations
* Organise rotas and staffing levels; manage a team of junior staff
Requirements / Qualifications
* Previous experience in a management role in a fine dining restaurant
* Strong written and oral communication skills for managing business admin and guest matters
* Passionate about delivering the highest level of service to guests
* Punctual and reliable team player with strong communication skills
* Self-driven with a positive “can do” attitude
* Salary package up to £30k; staff accommodation for relocation (as stated)
