Up to £35,000 + Bonus/Commission

The Role
We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join a growing business within the packaging and advertising sector.
This role will focus on managing and developing existing client accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue through tailored packaging and advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and support
Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions and projects
Attend client meetings (virtual and face-to-face)
Monitor account performance and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of client activity and opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience in an Account Management or Sales role
Background in packaging, print, advertising, or a related industry (desirable)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Commercially aware with strong negotiation abilities
Organised and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client managementWhat's On Offer
Salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

Monday to Friday working (no weekends)
