Role Overview
Handle day-to-day customer enquiries, manage orders through the supply chain, coordinate artwork and tooling, liaise with departments and suppliers, manage inventory and forecast analysis, report complaints, and proactively resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process customer orders within lead times and service agreements.
2. Coordinate artwork preparation and seek approval to meet production timelines.
3. Recover origination spend through customer invoicing.
4. Analyze forecasts and plan stock replenishment.
5. Reduce warehouse stock through daily review and customer liaison.
6. Place purchase orders to meet customer requirements.
7. Acknowledge and report customer complaints.
8. Discuss solutions with customers and ensure resolution.
9. Build relationships with the Territory Manager and other departments.
10. Maintain communication with customers regarding order status and queries.
11. Collaborate with team and other departments to improve service.
12. Challenge and improve process flows.
13. Perform any other duties as required.
Candidate Requirements
