Counterbalance Forklift Driver – 5 Week Contract
📍 Location: East Lothian
🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 17:00
💰 Pay: up to £14.57 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy builders merchant on a 5-week temporary contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
2. Loading and unloading deliveries
3. Moving, stacking and organising building materials within the yard and warehouse
4. Assisting with general yard duties as required
5. Adhering to all health & safety regulations
Requirements:
6. Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
7. Previous forklift/warehouse experience (builders merchant experience desirable)
8. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
9. Strong reliability and punctuality
This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a skilled forklift driver to work regular day shifts with an immediate start!
