We are seeking a reliable and dedicated School Cleaner to join our friendly domestic team and help maintain the high standards that make our school such a special place to learn and work.

As School Cleaner, you will:
* Carry out a range of cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing.
* Clean classrooms, offices, corridors, toilets and other school facilities as directed.
* Empty bins and dispose of rubbish safely and hygienically.
* Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper and paper towels.
* Ensure cleaning equipment is used and stored safely, reporting any faults or damages.
* Follow health and safety procedures, including safe use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH).
* Work in line with the school’s safeguarding and child protection policies.
* Undertake additional cleaning tasks as required to meet the needs of the school.
About You
* Reliable, flexible and dedicated.
* Able to uphold high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
* Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
* Organised, efficient and able to follow a cleaning schedule.
* Aware of safeguarding responsibilities and committed to maintaining a safe environment.
Previous cleaning experience in a school or similar environment is desirable, but not essential - full training will be provided.
