Job Description
3. Manage and monitor customer credit accounts to ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding balances.
5. Communicate with clients to address and resolve payment queries.
6. Prepare reports on credit status and liaise with the Accounting & Finance team.
7. Ensure timely follow-up on overdue invoices and implement credit control procedures.
8. Collaborate with internal departments to address billing discrepancies.
9. Support month-end processes by providing accurate financial data.
10. Assist in evaluating and improving credit control processes when needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Experience within the FMCG industry or a similar field.
12. Strong knowledge of credit control and financial procedures.
13. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
14. Proficiency in financial systems and software.
15. A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in financial records.
