Job Description We are seeking a proactive Assistant Site Manager to support with the successful delivery of a major project in Richborough. This role involves providing administrative, commercial, health & safety, and general management support across the final project phases. Key Responsibilities * Place orders for basic site materials and supplies * Produce and collate basic Quality Assurance (QA) documentation in line with existing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) * Coordinate with site engineers regarding QA and material requirements * Assist with updating the following project documentation: - Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) - Construction Phase Plan (CPP) - Project Quality Plan (PQP) - CDM documentation and emergency plans * Assist in the production and organisation of project close-out documentation Requirements Essential: Experience in supporting the delivery of large-scale civil engineering, energy, or infrastructure projects Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager Valid CSCS card Full UK driving licence Desirable: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Project Management, or a related discipline Membership with a professional body such as MICE, APM, or PMI NEBOSH General Certificate Familiarity with ACC Personal Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Effective leadership and stakeholder management capabilities High level of organisation with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure Diversity & Inclusion We advocate for difference and champion diversity to foster an inclusive environment that allows our people to bring their true selves to their work every day and enable our people to thrive by promoting health and preventing harm.
