Rolesand Responsibilities:
We areseeking a Senior Sales Manager specializing in the automotivesector to drive sales and expand market presence for our industrialautomation solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with aproven track record in sales relationship building and extensiveknowledge of the automotive industry. The ideal candidate willspearhead sales initiatives cultivate key client relationships andcontribute to the growth and profitability of our company withinthe automotivesector.
Responsibilities:
* Developand execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targetswithin the automotive / Pharma / Similarindustries
* Identify and prospect potentialclients within the automotive sector including OEMs suppliers andmanufacturing facilities.
* Build and maintainstrong longlasting customer relationships by understanding clientneeds and proposing tailored automationsolutions.
* Collaborate with the technical teamto customize proposals and presentations aligning with clientrequirements.
* Keep abreast of market trendscompetitor activities and industry developments to capitalize onopportunities and mitigate risks.
* Negotiatecontracts and agreements while ensuring profitability andcompliance with company policies.
* Lead coachand mentor the sales team providing guidance and support to achievecollective and individual goals.
* Represent thecompany at industry events conferences and trade shows to promoteour brand and expand the network.
* Prepareregular reports on sales performance forecasts and market insightsfor management review.
* Contribute to thedevelopment of marketing strategies and product enhancements basedon client feedback and marketdemands.
Candidate
* B.Tech/ BE in Electronics Mechatronics Mechanical or related field. MBApreferred.
* Proven track record of at least 8years in sales with a minimum of 3 years focusing on the automotiveindustry and industrial automationsolutions.
* Strong network and relationshipswithin the automotive sector with an understanding of industrydynamics processes and key players.
* Excellentnegotiation communication and presentationskills.
* Strategic thinker with aresultsoriented mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive salesgrowth.
* Leadership experience with the abilityto inspire and lead a sales team towards achievingtargets.
* Proficiency in CRM software MicrosoftOffice Suite and sales analyticstools.
* Willingness to travel extensively toclient sites conferences and events asrequired.
