We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an Investment Bank based in the City of London. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Description
Executive Assistant responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3 Managing Directors.
Complex diary management with extensive meeting arranging.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and communicated.
Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports as required.
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication at all times.
Organise and manage events or meetings, including logistics and documentation preparation.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Handle expense processing.
Support the broader Secretarial & Business Support department with ad-hoc administrative tasks.Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
A strong background working as an Executive Assistant, ideal experience of working within a Bank or Investment Bank.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to manage a fast-paced workload.
Proficiency with office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
The ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information sensitively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
