Sr Principal Enablement Manager, EMEA & APJ
We're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our amazing team. The role is hybrid based out of our Dublin or Maidenhead office. You will report to the head of Sales Enablement.
Your Role Responsibilities
* Develop and execute enablement strategies to drive sales growth and productivity across EMEA & APJ regions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure alignment and maximum impact of enablement initiatives.
* Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement solutions to address gaps.
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to support enablement initiatives.
What We'd Like to See
* 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and productivity through enablement initiatives.
Role Essentials
* Experience leading and managing teams.
* Strong understanding of sales methodologies, processes, and technologies.
* Experience with sales enablement platforms, tools, and technologies, such as learning management systems, content management systems, and sales analytics platforms.
* BA/BS or equivalent educational background, we will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
* Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience
