Commercial GAS Boiler Maintenance Engineer Client A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Gas Heating Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our client's successful and well-established Building Services division in Belfast. The company holds long-term maintenance contracts across commercial, industrial, healthcare and education facilities throughout Northern Ireland. With a strong reputation for reliability, safety and technical expertise, they continue to be a trusted name within the Building Services sector. This role offers stable work, varied sites and strong support from an experienced engineering team. The Ideal Person You will be a qualified Commercial Gas Engineer with up-to-date Gas Safe certification (COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A). You'll have practical experience servicing, repairing and maintaining commercial boiler and heating systems across a range of customer sites. You should also demonstrate: * Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Previous exposure to commercial plant rooms and mechanical building services environments * A strong commitment to safety compliance and delivering a high standard of work * Confidence to work independently while contributing effectively within a team of skilled engineers * Background in Facilities Management or Building Services (highly advantageous) Responsibilities * Performing routine servicing, maintenance, fault diagnostics and repairs on commercial boilers, burners and associated heating equipment * Carrying out PPM activities and responding to reactive works in line with service agreements * Assisting with installation and commissioning of boiler plant, pumping systems, pipework and associated controls * Ensuring all work aligns with Gas Safety Regulations and internal health & safety policies * Completing accurate service documentation and maintaining detailed records for each site * Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery Remuneration £18 per hour on-call / call-out allowance Company van & fuel card provided Attractive benefits package included For further information on this vacancy, please apply via the link below or contact Dan Orr in the strictest confidence.
