Multi skilled supervisor Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Multi skilled supervisor to work for a leading Facilities Management company based in Staffordshire,West Midlands. ROLE: Multi skilled supervisor PAY RATE: £ 18.27 PAYE JOB TYPE: 3-4 Months Contracts LOCATION: Staffordshire,West Midlands HOURS PER WEEK: 40 hours per week HOURS: Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Project Supervision: Oversee the delivery of repair and maintenance works, ensuring all activities meet required quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations. Resource Management: Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery, working closely with planning and scheduling teams to optimise resource utilisation. Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain effective communication with clients, residents, and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Control: Monitor and inspect works carried out by operatives and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and client specifications. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to company health and safety policies, conducting regular site audits and addressing any issues promptly. Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve on-site issues that may impact progress or quality, escalating complex matters where necessary. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed, resources used, and issues encountered. Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients. Team Leadership: Support and guide operatives and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. Cost Control: Monitor project costs and assist in managing budgets to ensure works are delivered within financial constraints. Additional Duties: Undertake any other reasonable management requests as required. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in supervising repairs and maintenance works within social housing or a similar environment. Qualifications & Certifications: NVQ Level 3 (minimum) CSCS Gold Card (required) SSSTS or SMSTS (minimum requirement) Asbestos Awareness Working at Height Scaffold Inspection Additional Information Experience managing both direct labour and subcontractors is essential. A proactive and solution-focused approach is required to ensure smooth project delivery.
