About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Compliance Officer to join our growing team. This role is heavily focused on customer-facing compliance activities, particularly completing security and due diligence questionnaires.
You will become a subject matter expert in our product to confidently and accurately respond to customer security queries, while also supporting internal compliance initiatives such as ISO and SOC 2.
Key Responsibilities
* Primary Focus: Customer Security & Compliance Questionnaires
* Own and manage the completion of customer due diligence requests, including security questionnaires, RFPs, and vendor assessments
* Act as the central point of contact for all customer compliance and security queries
* Develop deep product knowledge to provide accurate, consistent, and high-quality responses
* Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to gather and validate information
Additional Responsibilities
* Support ISO and SOC 2 audit processes, including control monitoring and evidence collection
* Assist in maintaining internal compliance documentation and controls
