The Role
Reporting into the Credit Control Manager, you'll play a key role supporting cash collection, customer relationships, and credit decision-making. This is a broad, hands-on role that interacts across finance, sales, and operations.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payments
* Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
* Reviewing credit applications and setting credit limits
* Building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams
* Monitoring overdue balances and resolving payment queries
* Producing reports and analysing payment performance across global markets
What You'll Bring

* High standard of Excel and general system literacy

* Bonus: Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP
