This Heritage Railway based in rural Northamptonshire are looking to recruit a volunteer to support them in raising their digital profile.
The aims of this project are to bring various forms of social media in front of their target markets of social groups and young families living in Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties, thereby increasing ticket sales and the ongoing awareness of their visitor attraction. Local history and the heritage of this line can then be enjoyed by current and future generations.
(Before you become a Volunteer Working Member we recommend you become a member of the Northampton & Lamport Railway Charitable Incorporated Organisation (NLRCIO). This provides you with many added benefits).
Skills
Enthusiasm, drive and a working hands-on knowledge of making digital content, especially short live videos for social media essential for this role, but on-going support is available from the rest of the dedicated volunteers in their Web Promotion Team.
Following initial support, the ability and confidence to work with minimal supervision and remotely from home would be ideal. They are a friendly team so if you would like an informal chat to know more before applying please feel free to get in touch.
