* We are looking for dedicated, compassionate Support Workers to join us for weekend shifts to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs.
* You will be working with looked after children and their families in their homes.
* Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs, including assistance with daily activities, personal care, and emotional and mental wellbeing, while fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
* Participate in contract supervision, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed standards and supporting continuous improvement in care practices.
* PA support for individuals with a disability
* Delivering personal care and support tailored to the individual needs.
* Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and support staff.
* Always uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards.
Previous experience in support work (desirable but not essential)
* Reliable, caring and compassionate.
* Ability to work weekends.
* Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to drive and have own transport preferred for community-based roles but not essential.
