Our Engineering Team is hiring!
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to work within the Staffology Payroll teams, playing a critical role in building IRIS' next-generation cloud-based, customer-focused payroll software. You will ensure the highest quality of software delivery, leading by example and promoting continuous integration and automated testing.
What We Need From You
We are looking for Agile advocates to help foster a collaborative culture, encouraging sharing and learning across teams. You will assist with technology and process decisions, experimenting with new ideas and embracing rapid failure to innovate effectively.
What We Are Seeking
* Strong experience with test automation tools (C#, Selenium, SpecFlow, RestSharp)
* Experience creating automated tests within a Continuous Integration environment (Azure DevOps)
* Experience writing load and stress tests
* Experience with cloud-based testing labs (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs)
* Experience working in an Agile software development environment
* Experience mentoring other QA professionals
* Good understanding of DevOps practices
* Good understanding of cloud-based architecture
