Role Overview:
As a Sourcing Manager, you will lead strategic procurement initiatives across the HR category, including Talent Acquisition, Contingent Labour, Learning & Development, Benefits, and Pensions. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimise value, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with global procurement strategies.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll be delivering cost optimisation, risk management, and supplier innovation across the category.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic sourcing initiatives in alignment with corporate plan
* Develop and execute category strategies in collaboration with Stakeholders
* Build strong, value-driven relationships with suppliers and internal teams
* Drive supplier innovation through tendering and contracting practices
* Deliver cost optimisation and other value-add benefits across the supply chain
* Ensure compliance with Sourcing Policy and Governance Standards
* Champion sustainability and ethical sourcing practices
* Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity and compliance
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience within the HR or Professional Services Category
* In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with modern sourcing systems and data analysis
* Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
* Agile, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
