What you’ll do
* Drive business performance as a strategic partner, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to support leadership teams in improving performance and achieving business goals.
* Monitor and report KPIs across business units, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.
* Lead performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and co-ordinate action plans to support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Deliver advanced analytics including predictive analytics, AI, and machine learning to identify trends and support operational decision-making.
* Ensure data integrity and automate data flows to support a single source of truth.
* Develop BI tools and reporting solutions to enable self-service access and timely decision-making.
* Lead and develop team members, coaching reporting analysts and apprentices.
* Manage stakeholder relationships, collaborating across teams to ensure alignment, integration, and delivery of performance strategy.
What you’ll bring
* Experience in a performance environment developing a performance reporting framework and reporting software.
* Financial analytical capability in a project environment.
* Experience guiding and developing teams, fostering a culture of trust, growth, and shared success.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to build trust-based relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Confident communicator capable of simplifying complexity for diverse stakeholder groups.
