People Operations Coordinator
Location: Hybrid with 2 days in our Milton Keynes office

We’re seeking a proactive, people-oriented People Operations Assistant to support our HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to play a key role in delivering a smooth, inclusive, and engaging employee experience across the employee lifecycle. You’ll help ensure our people processes are efficient, consistent, and aligned with our culture and values.
What you’ll be doing
You will support the daily operations of the People team, managing key processes across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a positive experience, and helping keep our systems and processes efficient and aligned with our values.
* Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, resolving issues or directing them to the appropriate team member, such as a People Business Partner.
* Support administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and leavers.
* Manage employee benefits and liaise with providers to ensure a smooth experience.
* Provide guidance on policies, processes, and systems to employees and managers.
* Contribute to people projects and process improvements.
* Maintain accurate data, prepare reports, and update documentation as needed.
Who you are
* Experience in HR administration or exposure through training, demonstrating a solid foundation in people processes.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with ability to support basic analysis and document creation.
* High level of integrity and confidentiality.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
