Regional Business Marketing Manager (Contract)
Location: Winnersh or Newcastle – Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Regional Business Partner Marketing Manager on behalf of your fintech client to join their team and help their regional business partners drive marketing excellence and growth.
You’ll act as both a strategic consultant and a marketing coach — supporting partners to make the best use of our clients marketing programs, campaigns, and funds, while helping them build effective go-to-market plans that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute regional campaigns and enable through-partner marketing activation.
* Lead annual partner marketing planning, ensuring alignment with country and regional win plans.
* Coach and consult with partners to build integrated marketing plans that drive growth and ROI.
* Collaborate with Partner Sales Leaders, Performance Marketing, and Partner Account Managers (PAMs) to deliver against key metrics.
* Manage and track campaign performance and program ROI (ROMI).
* Support QBRs for top-tier and growth partners with data, insights, and marketing recommendations.
* Promote and drive adoption of their marketing enablement tools, MDF programs, and partner platforms.
* Deliver partner communications, webinars, and events to strengthen engagement.
* Ensure brand consistency across all partner marketing activities.
You’ll bring
* Experience in B2B or channel/partner marketing, ideally within technology or software.
* Proven ability to coach and consult with external stakeholders on marketing best practices.
* Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, campaign execution, and ABM (account-based marketing).
* Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and partner relationships simultaneously.
* A T-shaped marketing skillset — comfortable across different disciplines from digital to events.
* Experience with MDF/co-marketing programs (desirable).
