Job Purpose Lead on the co-ordination and execution of content changes that are required on astonmartin.com, ensuring our website is constantly updated with relevant content both through requirements that are provided by the business and proactive monitoring of existing content. Key duties and responsibilities Make all content related changes to our website through Sitecore CMS, ensuring our website is up to date with the most relevant content, through a combination of proactively reviewing our site to evaluate what needs updating and responding to business requests for updates to be made Work with a wider team of content editors from our digital agency to ensure that work is effectively managed and prioritised. Proactively provide updates to the digital product lead on the progress of relevant work items to ensure updates are shared in a timely manner and work can be prioritise and managed effectively. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders that often require changes to the website based on relevant requirements (legal, corporate, marketing etc) to foster a positive working relationship and strong stakeholder management Develop a broad understanding of how the website works as a whole, supporting the digital product lead on wider digital projects. Work with the wider marketing team to understand what the marcomms launch plan is, specifically understanding what changes may be required on the website and ensuring that they are made on time to the right quality Work hand in glove with our wider digital and CRM team, ensuring content across all channels (email, app) are aligned and seamless. Review and evaluate existing content on the website and make suggestive improvement based on performance tracking tools, best practise and design guidelines With our UX and Content Designer, create and design world leading pages on our website to convey the richness of our content in line with the AML brand. Experience and qualifications Essential experience Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading abilities Experience using CMS tools and optimizing content for SEO Understanding of digital content strategy and trend analysis Excellent organizational and project management skills Collaborative team player with creative problem-solving skills Passion for creating high-quality, engaging, informative content Degree in either journalism, English, creative writing or digital marketing Preferred experience Experience working in Agile, influencing teams across various locations and within API/Microservices environments. Proven solid judgment, decision making and commercial acumen.
