Dawson Jones Recruitment is supporting a well established organisation with the appointment of a qualified and customer focused Gas Engineer to join its busy Estates and Facilities Maintenance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a domestic Gas Engineer to join a team supporting a varied operational estate, including residential accommodation, operational buildings and public facing facilities.
The role will include:
* Undertaking new installations, planned maintenance and reactive repairs
* Fault finding and fixing issues across domestic gas systems and associated equipment
* Carrying out servicing and statutory testing
* Supporting wider maintenance and estates activity where required
* Working as part of a collaborative, multi skilled maintenance team
* Delivering a high level of customer service across a live operational environment
Experience required
* Qualified domestic Gas Engineer
* ACS, CCN1, CPA1, MET1, CENWAT1 and UHW1, or willingness to work towards relevant qualifications
* Experience of servicing, fault finding, repairs and statutory testing
* Good understanding of health and safety requirements
