Offer description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Office Administrator within an organisation, based in Pyle.

In this role you will provide a wide range of administrative support within the Office.


Responsibilities

* Purchasing – ordering from the In House system, placing orders for the Teams working out on site and processing invoices.
* Undertake general ‘team’ administrative duties as and when required.
* Cover other Administrators within the office – full training will be given.


Qualifications

* Experience of Microsoft packages.
* Good verbal and written communication.
* Ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks.
* Confident working in both a busy team environment and on own initiative.

Starting Salary - £23,000.00 Permanent – following a successful 3 month probation period

Hours of work – (1hr lunch break)

Week 1 8am – 4pm

Week 2 9am – 5pm
