Service Desk Analyst - Ebley Mill - StroudReference: REQ0218Description: A vacancy has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join our ICT team.About the role:This is a career-graded role (Stroud Grade 3-4) and the successful candidate will primarily support the Council by troubleshooting staff and Members IT issues.This role is starting at a Stroud 3 (£28,598), rising to a Stroud 4 (£33,699) subject to successful progression.We are looking for an exceptional individual who can operate in our Service Desk team.About you:We're looking for someone who has experience of working in this capacity and is able to build and maintain rapport with your customers.
