This Geotechnical Associate Director role will be based near Crawley and will play a key part in leading geotechnical projects, managing client relationships, mentoring engineers and supporting wider business growth.

Key responsibilities for the Geotechnical Associate Director:
7. Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects
8. Oversee site investigations, reporting and technical reviews
9. Develop and maintain strong client relationships
10. Mentor and support junior engineers and project teams
11. Contribute to business development and project delivery strategy
12. Work closely with civil, structural and environmental teams
Requirements to be considered:
13. Significant UK geotechnical engineering experience
14. Strong technical and commercial awareness
15. Previous leadership or project management experience
16. Chartered status or working towards Chartership preferred
17. Full UK driving licence required
18. Full right to work in the UK
19. Must live in or near to the Crawley office
20. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
