Based at a purpose-built facility in the Trafford Park area of Manchester, they are looking for a reliable and organised administrator to support their busy operations team.
What is on offer for the Parts & Service Administrator:
* c£27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
* 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (08:00 – 16:30)
* Trafford Park, Manchester
* 25 days holiday rising to 30 days with service (plus Bank Holidays)

Job Requirements for the Parts & Service Administrator:
This is a dual-function role sitting within the Operations Department, ensuring service engineers are equipped with the right parts and customers receive first-class support.
* Identify, order, and issue spare parts to engineers using electronic parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
* Assist in scheduling engineer visits for routine maintenance, breakdowns, and LOLER inspections.
* Act as the first point of contact for service enquiries, providing quotes, lead times, and order tracking.
* Process parts-specific paperwork, maintain accurate digital records, and assist with invoicing for completed works.
* Monitor stock levels, carry out regular stock checks, and manage returns or damaged items.
Person Requirements for the Parts & Service Administrator:
* Previous experience in a parts or service department, ideally within automotive, plant, or materials handling
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) with the ability to learn parts-specific databases
* Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills across both technical and corporate audiences
* Proactive, able to multitask under pressure, and strong attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence required
