Patron Capital Investment Team PA £40k-45k JGA15736 Location: Central London, West End, Mayfair A wildly successful and established Private Equity based in slick Mayfair offices are looking for a Team PA to come and support their investment team of 8, including Senior Partners & Partners. Three of the team are based abroad in various European countries with the other being London based. In addition to your classic day to day PA duties, there is the opportunity to get involved in projects based around Charities, social media, events and the company website. Duties include: Arranging meetings, conference calls & managing busy diaries - updating the shared calendar and individuals’ calendars. Working with other PA’s to coordinate various team members meetings/setting up Board meetings. Travel arrangements, creating itineraries (we have a travel agent who handle our travel requests). Completing monthly expenses. General admin; amending, creating, printing, binding, scanning documents. Booking restaurant reservations, responding with RSVPs for events and virtual conferences. Overseeing the reception desk, assisting when receptionist is on lunch and helping with catering for meetings, covering the reception mailbox when receptionist is on leave, dealing with enquires that come in and communicating with the office regarding any internal office announcements i.e., engineers etc. coming in. Assisting with the coordination of internal events; annual Ski Trip, annual Christmas party, bi-monthly Greatness Lectures in the office. Assisting with the coordination of charity relations, fundraisers and events, taking an interest in charitable initiatives. Helping to manage the Social media accounts; Instagram/LinkedIn/Twitter/Website – content creation and upload. We are looking for a candidate that has the relevant Team PA experience with additional experience in managing multiple time zones. Flexibility and a real muck-in attitude is essential!
