Job Description: The Program Coordinator will organize and lead faculty to ensure quality classroom instruction. They will administer programs, monitor the learning process, and tailor course materials to meet the levels and needs of individual students. This will enable students to develop employable skills aligned with job opportunities and employer expectations.
The Electrical Program Coordinator will be responsible for:
* Instructional delivery
* Student services
* Subject matter expertise
* Faculty management, mentoring, and training
* Program administration
Position Requirements:
* 3+ years' work experience as an Electrician or in a similar electrical field position
* 3-5 years of classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level
* At least 3 years of successful leadership and management experience
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
