We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Water Hygiene Technician to join our Environment & Safety division.We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable and committed to join our team.
As a member of the Environment & Safety division it is key that you can work efficiently as part of a team as well as having the capabilities to work independently. Due to the nature of the job, travelling will be part of your day-to-day role.The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):Cold water storage tank inspections and recommending remedial worksCold water storage tank cleaning and disinfectionsThermostatic mixing valve failsafe checks and servicingWater samplingWater temperature monitoringShowerhead descalingQualifications To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:Experience in some, or all, of the tasks listed above, or a willingness to be trainedA can do attitudeA full UK driving licence and a willingness to travelNote: Once in position, it will be a requirement of the role to obtain MOD Security Clearance.Additional Information Why SOCOTEC?Join a thriving community of over 2,000 industry professionals who are passionate about making a real difference.
