Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver annual review packs accurately and compliantly.
Manage Letters of Authority (LOAs), liaising directly with providers.
Handle new business submissions, process applications, and maintain audit trails.
Proactively chase providers and third parties to keep cases on track.
Carry out ad hoc administration as needed to support advisers.
Record all actions in the CRM system to maintain compliance.
Communicate clearly with advisers, clients, and external providers.
Take ownership of the role, adding value to both the office culture and client journey.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience as an IFA Administrator, Financial Planning Administrator, or Financial Services Administrator.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Confident communicator with clients, providers and internal teams.
Proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player.
Competent with CRM/back-office systems and Microsoft Office.
