Academic Support Tutor Reference number: JR248976 Location: Remote Working pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Number of roles: 1 Grade : ST1 / ST2 Salary: £44,100 - £49,500 per annum We are looking for a Academic Support Tutor to join our team. Role Summary You will help the Academic Support team provide outstanding, expert, personalised and timely academic support to learners, across all learning channels in a variety of ways. You will support learners who have failed or deferred an exam to help them stay in track with their qualification, and enhance learning materials by performing relevant quality assurance, to steer learners in achieving their exam success. As an Academic Support Tutor, you will: Respond to learner queries on the Kaplan course content via live chat, email and phone calls Provide personalised support to learners who have failed an exam Support learners who have deferred an exam to build their confidence and improve their technical knowledge Work with the wider team to ensure learner queries are dealt with within Kaplan's agreed service levels Review online learning modules to ensure they are error free This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a AAT Support Tutor or a Classroom based Tutor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader. Excellent spoken and written communication skills are also key to this role, both for supporting learners and for working with other teams in Kaplan.
