About
the Role

At
Loveday, we support families through some of the most important and emotionally
significant decisions of their lives. As a Relationship Partner, you will play
a pivotal role in guiding prospective Members and their families through our
bespoke discovery journey, building trust, showcasing our exceptional care and
lifestyle offering, and ultimately helping them say “yes” to joining the
Loveday family.

You
will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue across our award-winning
homes through the successful conversion of enquiries into permanent, respite
and day club Members. With a deep understanding of the consultative sales
process and an innate ability to build rapport, you will be a confident
communicator, natural listener and trusted advisor.

Drawing
on your background in luxury property, hospitality, or premium membership
services, you will act as the first point of contact for new
enquiries—delivering a warm, professional and highly personalised experience at
every stage of the journey.

Key
Responsibilities

* Manage
the full sales lifecycle from enquiry to move-in, including initial
contact, hosting tours, follow-ups, and overseeing assessments and
reservations.
* Champion
the Loveday brand as a trusted, knowledgeable and empathetic advisor.
* Collaborate
closely with the General Manager, clinical and lifestyle teams to ensure a
seamless handover and exceptional Member experience.
* Build
relationships with key referral partners including healthcare
professionals, private client advisers and community stakeholders to drive
qualified enquiries and promote awareness of Loveday.
* Proactively
maintain CRM data (Salesforce) to ensure accurate lead tracking, next
steps, and pipeline reporting.
* Support
the wider Relationship team with events, open days and community
engagement opportunities to strengthen our local presence.

What
We’re Looking For

* A minimum
of 5 years’ experience in luxury membership, property sales, hospitality,
or high-end customer service.
* Proven
ability to convert high-value leads through relationship building,
listening, and confident presentation.
* Impeccable
communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent attention to
detail.
* Commercial
awareness, resilience, and a strong results-driven mindset.
* A team
player who brings energy, collaboration, and professionalism to everything
they do.
* Able to
work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends to support tours
or events.
* Familiarity
with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and a comfort working across
digital tools and platforms.

ATTRIBUTES

ESSENTIAL

DESIRABLE

Education / Qualifications

Educated to degree level in Sales, Business
Administration, Marketing or a related field; or equivalent professional
experience

Experience / Knowledge

Proven experience in a sales or relationship management
role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Strong working knowledge of CRM systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Solid understanding of the consultative sales process and sales performance
metrics

Extensive experience dealing directly with customers, clients, or Members in
a high-end, service-driven environment

Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry
through to close

Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively across all
levels

Experience using Salesforce

Previous experience within a multi-site organisation

Background in a compliance-focused or regulated environment

Ability / Skills

Collaborative team player with a strong sense of
accountability and ownership

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Ability to prioritise, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and organisation

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrates awareness of equality, diversity and
inclusion in professional interactions and decision-making

Understands and respects the social, physical and emotional needs of others

Knowledge of organisational equality standards and their
relevance within a customer-facing setting
