Role and Responsibilities
As a Commercial Graduate Trainee, you will learn about the company, its products, and the market through continuous on-the-job training. You will receive extensive professional sales training to develop the skills necessary for a successful sales career. Your daily activities may include customer breakfasts, external events, supplier trade days, and more, making this a dynamic and exciting start to your career.
The scheme aims to build key commercial skills to support business growth and develop future managers. Internal progression is preferred, providing opportunities for high-performing graduates to advance into management roles.
