The role will be predominately Field based, you will be visiting client sites to build relationships and develop business opportunities, Our client are a dynamic construction recruitment company providing Trades & Labour throughout the UK and we are looking to recruit a BDM/Labour Manager/Recruitment Consultant. You will be responsible for bring on new business and expanding existing relationships by site visits, networking, corporate events and other duties as required. The successful candidate will be expected to build strong relationships with new and existing clients by delivering candidates to meet their demands. We are keen to talk with people have worked in the construction industry either on site, sales or in construction recruitment. We are looking for an energetic person with a determination to succeed, an individual who will not only be office based but will be in the field meeting candidates and clients. Requirements: Full Drivers Licence Experience within Sales, Business Development or Recruitment Money Motivated Excellent customer service skills Ability to build rapport over the phone Ability to hit targets You will be trained in all aspects of the recruitment process, from interviewing, reference checking and delivering a quality service to both candidates and clients. You will receive training on an on-going basis.
