About the Role
As a Multiskilled Technician, you’ll bring your expertise across panel, paint, and MET disciplines to carry out high-quality repairs, ensuring every vehicle leaves our site in perfect condition. Working with the latest tools and technology, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
14. Complete all repair work to the highest standards, across a variety of vehicle makes and models
15. Use modern repair methods and equipment to ensure safe and accurate work
16. Follow company and manufacturer processes to deliver top-quality outcomes
17. Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
18. Maintain accurate documentation and support our compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience in panel, paint, and/or MET repairs
20. ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) preferred
21. A strong work ethic and attention to detail
22. A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
23. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
24. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
