Telesales Executive Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Telesales Executive on behalf of a market leading IT company. The Telesales Executive role is focused on identifying new business opportunities and booking qualified appointments for the Business Development team. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound B2B sales activity Lead generation and appointment setting Develop a strong understanding of the services Cold call existing and new clients Accurately manage opportunities and customer details through CRM Working towards clear targets and KPIs Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner Any other duties role may involve Person Specification: 1 year experience in outbound telesales, sales or customer service Confident communicator, comfortable making outbound calls Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with good attention to detail Self-motivated and target-driven Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Willingness to learn and take direction from scripts and established processes Desirable Criteria: Knowledge of ITAD, IT services, recycling or technology industry (not required but helpful) German speaker would be helpful but not essential The Rewards The successful Telesales Executive will enjoy a competitive salary depending on experience plus 4 day working week apart from 1 week per month where it is 5 day working week.
