Skilled Worker / Semi-Skilled Worker | Full-Time | Supply Chain and Logistics
Vestas is seeking a Stock Keeper for our Kaiwera Downs Wind Farm.

The role reports to the Team Leader and involves maintaining the warehouse and O&M Building across assigned sites, in accordance with the contract. Support is provided by onsite team members and a planner with KPIs set by the Team Leader.
You will work autonomously, contributing to an efficient workflow alongside colleagues across the state, including remote support for the Mahinerangi Wind Farm. As part of the Vestas team, you will collaborate within our warehouse and communicate with external teams to ensure they have everything needed to complete site work safely and on time.
Responsibilities
* Organize stock and equipment, including daily service work packs
* Create and manage purchase requisitions
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* Generate reports
* Ensure OH&S compliance
* Order consumables and tools for service activities
* Troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements
* Maintain a safe and organized site warehouse
* Participate in stocktaking programs
Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics
* Administrative and technological skills, including SAP and Microsoft 365
* Valid full clean driving license
* Forklift license or ability to learn to operate a forklift
Competencies
* Forklift license preferred but not essential
* Dangerous Goods training available
* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* SAP experience is advantageous
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Effective time management
* Commitment to safety and a safe working environment
* Teamwork skills
* Ability to handle complex and high-pressure situations
* Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
* Willingness to learn new skills
* Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions
