Are you a highly skilled residential property valuer looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Valuation Surveyor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, RICS registered and have a high level of professional integrity and attention to detail. You will be responsible for undertaking Red Book valuations on predominantly residential properties for various purposes, including IHT, CGT, disposal and acquisition. This will involve carrying out property inspections to produce accurate and compliant reports, ensuring that all reporting meets regulatory requirements and adheres to relevant legislation and policies.
You will also be expected to attend networking events and liaise with industry professionals to help generate future work.
