Role Overview
We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes streetwear and car culture, and wants to create bold, eye-catching visuals that live across apparel, events, and global campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
* Create original graphic designs for Gumball 3000 apparel and merchandise collections
* Develop visual identities and branding for global events and activations
* Design presentation decks for internal and external use
* Produce digital and print-ready assets for campaigns, social media, and retail platforms
* Collaborate closely with internal departments including Events, Marketing, and Retail
* Support in the evolution and consistency of the Gumball 3000 visual identity
* Respond to creative feedback and adapt designs to meet project requirements and brand standards
Key Requirements
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Strong understanding of design principles including layout, color, and typography
* Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to design accuracy
* Basic knowledge of branding and visual identity development
* Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Willingness to learn, take constructive feedback, and evolve creatively
* A portfolio that shows versatility, creativity, and relevance to Gumball 3000’s culture
Preferred Experience
* Experience designing for streetwear, motorsports, music, or lifestyle brands
* Familiarity with merchandise production processes and event branding
* Motion design or video editing skills (not essential but a bonus)
