About Us
This is an exciting opportunity to join our community teams across Kent as we enhance locality working practices, focusing on person-centered and good practice approaches.

You will be supervised by an experienced registered practitioner.
Our social care interventions are based on three pillars: excellent practice, innovation, and meaningful measures. We prioritize building relationships with individuals, families, and carers and engaging with communities early to empower people to access trusted local support from various sources.
About You

* Knowledge of relevant Social Care legislation.
* Financial skills and knowledge.
* Good computer literacy and report writing skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, mediation, and negotiation skills.
